本规程规定了无镍和含镍低温合金钢及奥氏体不锈钢焊接的工艺评定、焊工考试、焊接工艺、焊接检验及焊后热处理的要求。本规程适用于石油化工工程建设中,采用焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊及气体保护焊等方法进行的低温钢焊接。


Scope

This regulation specifies the requirements for process qualification, welder examination, welding procedures, welding inspection and post-weld heat treatment for nickel-free and nickel-containing low-temperature alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel welding. This procedure is applicable to low-temperature steel welding using electrode arc welding, submerged arc welding, gas shielded welding and other methods in the construction of petrochemical engineering projects.
