本规程规定了立式圆筒形低温储罐施工技术要求。
本规程适用于公称容积大于或等于10000 m3,设计温度不高于-45℃且不低于-168℃低温储罐的施工和验收。


Scope

This regulation provides the process and construction methods for the construction of vertical cylindrical cryogenic storage tanks (hereinafter referred to as cryogenic storage tanks), and stipulates process control, quality standards, inspection, and testing of prefabrication, assembly, welding, and cold preservation. This procedure is applicable to the construction and acceptance of low-temperature storage tanks with a nominal volume greater than or equal to 10,000m and a design temperature not higher than -45°C and not lower than -168°C. Low-temperature storage tanks with a nominal volume less than 10,000m can be used as a reference. This procedure is applicable to the construction of low-alloy steel and alloy steel cryogenic storage tanks. Stainless steel cryogenic storage tanks can be used as a reference. This regulation does not apply to the outer tank portion of reinforced concrete.
