本规范规定了钢制换热设备管束复合涂层施工及验收的技术要求。
本规范适用于石油化工用含腐蚀性介质的钢制换热设备（含空气冷却器）的管束内、外表面常用防腐蚀涂料的施工及验收，不适用于换热设备管、壳程最高工作温度不超过300℃的管束内、外表面腐蚀涂料的施工及验收。

Scope

This specification specifies the technical requirements for the construction and acceptance of composite coatings on tube bundles of steel heat exchange equipment. This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of commonly used anti-corrosion coatings on the inner and outer surfaces of tube bundles (hereinafter referred to as tube bundles) of steel heat exchange equipment (including air coolers) containing corrosive media used in the petrochemical industry.
