Scope

This standard specifies a unified test method and quantitative analysis basis for measuring and assessing the reliability indicators of fax machines. This standard is applicable to equipment reliability qualification tests and reliability handover tests whose expected life follows exponential distribution. This standard does not apply to reliability growth testing of equipment.
