Scope

This standard specifies the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth ΔH, cubic magnetic anisotropy constant K|(1), and uniaxial magnetic anisotropy constant of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) single crystal magnetic thin film materials at a frequency of 10 GHz. Measurement method of K|(u), gyromagnetic ratio y and saturation magnetization M|(2). This standard is applicable to the measurement of single crystal ferrite film materials with cubic crystal structure grown by liquid phase epitaxial growth.
