Scope
This regulation is applicable to various forms of soil and water conservation shrub cultivation in the Loess Plateau. Soil and water conservation shrubs should be reasonably arranged and scientifically planted based on the characteristics of soil and water loss and the comprehensive management planning and design of small watersheds.
