Scope
This standard is a new technology that combines hydride generation technology with atomic fluorescence spectrometry analysis technology to measure selenium in water to achieve water sample detection. Atomic fluorescence photometry has the characteristics of easy operation, small sample volume, high sensitivity, good measurement reproducibility, high degree of automation, and is suitable for large-scale analysis. This standard is applicable to the determination of selenium in surface water, groundwater, atmospheric precipitation, sewage and their recycling water. The method detection limit is 0.3μg/L. The linearity is good within the measurement range of 1 to 300 μg/L. Samples greater than 300 μg/L can be measured after dilution.
