Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for cable cranes used in water conservancy and electric power construction. This standard applies to fixed cable cranes, translational cable cranes, pendulum cable cranes, radial cable cranes and cable rail cranes used in water conservancy and electric power construction. This standard does not apply to cable cranes used in non-water conservancy and power industries such as mining, forestry, docks, highways and bridges.
