Scope
This standard is applicable to the design of retaining walls in level 1 to level 3 hydraulic buildings and independently arranged level 1 to level 4 hydraulic retaining walls. The design of retaining walls in level 4 and level 5 hydraulic buildings as well as independently arranged level 5 hydraulic retaining walls can be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to the design of temporary retaining walls. Special research should be conducted on the design of hydraulic retaining walls with special requirements, as well as the design of retaining walls with new structures or complex stresses.
