Key technical requirements
1. General manufacturing specifications
Welding process: Class I welds require 100% ultrasonic testing (GB/T 11345 Class B), Class II welds require 20% spot checks. Cast steel defect repair area ≤ 200mm², depth ≤ 20% of wall thickness.
2. Electrical system acceptance
Inverter parameters need to automatically detect motor characteristics settings, insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ. The safety monitoring system must comply with GB/T 28264 and monitor vibration, stress and other parameters in real time.
