本标准是根据水利部国科司《水利技术标准体系表》中体系号BCeb3--01的要求，按照《标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准的结构和编写规则》（GB/T 1.1-2000）和《标准编写规则 第4部分：化学分析方法》（GB/T 20001.4-2001）编写。
本标准主要内容包括：适用范围、术语和定义、原理、干扰及消除、仪器、试剂、操作步骤、结果的表示、精密度和准确度、注意事项。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of 34 elements such as lead, cadmium, vanadium, and phosphorus in natural waters and sediments by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The 34 elements are listed in Table 1. The detection limit is about 0.2 ~ 20.0 μg/L. The recommended wavelength, reference detection limit and linear related parameters are shown in Table B. All samples should be dissolved in a liquid state when analyzed.
