本标准适用于水利水电工程永久性或建设用的塔式起重机、门座起重机、缆索起重机、桥式起重机、门式起重机及升船机。各种启闭机、拦污棚前的清污机可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for water conservancy and hydropower lifting machinery in the design, manufacturing, installation, use, maintenance, inspection, scrapping and management. This standard applies to tower cranes, gantry cranes, cable cranes, bridge cranes, gantry cranes and ship lifts used in water conservancy and hydropower projects for permanent or construction purposes. Various hoists and dirt cleaning machines in front of dirt barriers can be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to mobile cranes and floating cranes.
