This standard applies to newly built or expanded hydropower plants with a single unit generator capacity of 10MW and above; AC rated voltage substations of 35 to 500kV; and pumping stations with a single unit capacity of 200kW and above. This standard specifies the basic principles, content and requirements for electrical measurement design of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and does not include relevant content of test instruments in electrical laboratories.
