Scope
This standard specifies the preparation requirements and main contents of typhoon emergency response plans. This standard applies to the preparation of typhoon emergency response plans for provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities), cities (prefectures, prefectures), and counties (cities, districts) affected by typhoons in my country.
