Key installation technical requirements

Main unit installation specifications

The standard proposes differentiated installation requirements for six types of units, including vertical centrifugal pumps and bulb cross-flow pumps:

  • Coaxiality control: The spindle swing measurement adopts Appendix E method, and the radial runout is ≤0.02mm/m
  • Combination surface inspection: 0.05mm feeler gauge shall not pass, and the local gap depth is ≤1/3 of the combination surface width
  • Pre-installation requirements: Axial flow pumps must be pre-installed with impellers and casings, and the gap deviation is ≤design value±15%

Electrical equipment test standards

Based on GB 50150 and other 19 national standards, key specifications:

Typical case: The main motor acceptance test requires the completion of 12 tests such as winding DC resistance and insulation resistance (Appendix G), among which the stator winding absorption ratio is ≥1.3 (at temperature 10-30℃)

Implementation suggestions

Key points of construction organization

  1. Establish an installation deviation control system of 3D laser scanning + BIM
  2. The installation of special equipment must simultaneously meet the requirements of TSG 07-2019
  3. Oil system equipment must be flushed for 24 hours after installation
