Introduction

Analysis of the core contents of the standard revision

Revision dimensions 2013 version New contents of the 2023 version
Technical system Traditional manual inspection is the main method Add intelligent detection methods such as drones and the Internet of Things (Article 3.1.3)
Structural type Assembled flood wall is not specified Special regulations on inspection and maintenance requirements (Article 3.3.1/4.5.5)
Ecological requirements Basic biological protection New ecological landscape maintenance content (Section 11.4)

Inspection classification system and implementation specifications

Standards build a four-level inspection system:

  1. Frequent inspections: dike patrol personnel conduct daily inspections, focusing on the integrity of the dike structure
  2. Regular inspections: including pre-flood/flood/post-flood inspections, ≥ once a day during flood levels (Article 3.2.3)
  3. Special inspections: respond to extreme events such as typhoons and earthquakes (Article 3.2.4)
  4. Special inspections: use the SL/T 436 standard for hidden danger detection (Article 3.4.2)

Detailed explanation of key technical points

1.

The new standard specifies in Articles 4.4.7 and 5.4.4:

  • Broken wires of the mesh should be repaired with materials of the same specification, and the reinforcement range should exceed the damaged area by 0.2-0.5m
  • When the mesh is rusted as a whole, replace the wire mesh according to the YB/T 4190 standard

2. Crack treatment technology

According to Article 5.7:

Crack type Treatment method Technical parameters
Longitudinal cracks Excavation and backfilling Exceeding 1m at both ends of the crack and 0.3-0.5m at the bottom
Horizontal cracks Horizontal wall partitions Spacing 3-5m, wall thickness ≥0.5m

Implementation suggestions and precautions

Flood season management: Article 9.3 requires that pipe burst protection must distinguish between flow soil and pipe burst types, and the construction of anti-filtration and infiltration ditches refers to Appendix D

Informatization construction: Article 12.3 clearly states that observation facilities should comply with SL/T 794 standards, and data collection frequency ≥1 time/day
