Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the specification

This standard establishes a complete set of cement-chemical composite grouting technology system for the anti-seepage reinforcement needs of unfavorable geological bodies in water conservancy projects. The specification emphasizes the grouting principle of cement first, then chemical. The conditions for chemical grouting must be determined through permeability tests. Typical projects require rock permeability ≤1Lu.

Key process control

The working pressure of the high-pressure grouting pump must be 1.5 times greater than the design pressure, and the chemical grouting should adopt the graded pressure-increasing method. A typical case shows that the dam foundation dislocation zone of the Xiluodu Hydropower Station adopts epoxy resin grouting, the pressure is controlled at 3MPa, and the injection rate is continuously ≤0.01L/min.

Quality acceptance standard

  • The qualified rate of the curtain grouting contact section is 100%, and the remaining sections are ≥90%
  • The permeability value shall not exceed 120% of the design value
  • The compressive strength of the core sample shall be increased by more than 30%

Technical innovation and environmental protection requirements

The specification encourages the use of a digital grouting record system, and the chemical grouting waste slurry shall be cured pre-treated and then handed over to a professional organization for disposal. Operators must be equipped with protective masks and chemical-resistant gloves, and VOC concentrations on site must be monitored in real time.
