Key process control
The working pressure of the high-pressure grouting pump must be 1.5 times greater than the design pressure, and the chemical grouting should adopt the graded pressure-increasing method. A typical case shows that the dam foundation dislocation zone of the Xiluodu Hydropower Station adopts epoxy resin grouting, the pressure is controlled at 3MPa, and the injection rate is continuously ≤0.01L/min.
Quality acceptance standard
- The qualified rate of the curtain grouting contact section is 100%, and the remaining sections are ≥90%
- The permeability value shall not exceed 120% of the design value
- The compressive strength of the core sample shall be increased by more than 30%
Technical innovation and environmental protection requirements
The specification encourages the use of a digital grouting record system, and the chemical grouting waste slurry shall be cured pre-treated and then handed over to a professional organization for disposal. Operators must be equipped with protective masks and chemical-resistant gloves, and VOC concentrations on site must be monitored in real time.
