Scope

This standard stipulates on-site quarantine, laboratory inspection, result evaluation and disposal of imported and exported botanical medicinal materials. This standard applies to the quarantine of incoming and outgoing botanical medicinal materials, including plant roots and rhizomes (tubers and bulbs), seeds and fruits, whole plants, leaves, bark, vines, resins, algae and others.
