Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection and judgment for import and export optical equipment. This standard applies to the import and export inspection of equipment and related product components composed of optical systems and other systems that apply optical principles to achieve the purposes of observation, measurement, recording and analysis. This standard does not apply to the following products:
　——Import and export inspection of laser processing machinery, photolithography machines and other processing equipment using optical principles;
　——Import and export of optical equipment such as laser ophthalmology equipment and medical endoscopes that are directly used in human organs test. This standard does not list all specific product standards. When certain provisions of this standard (inspection items, testing methods, technical indicators) must be modified in order to be applicable to special-purpose optical equipment, all other provisions will still be valid as long as they are applicable. .
