Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection procedures, determination and disposal of flammable gases of hazardous chemicals for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of flammable gases of imported and exported hazardous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of flammable gases), excluding flammable gases transported in bulk and pipelines.
