It is the user's responsibility to adopt appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations. Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection procedures, determination and disposal of non-flammable gases for import and export of hazardous chemicals. This standard applies to the inspection of non-flammable gases for imported and exported hazardous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of non-flammable gases), excluding non-flammable gases transported in bulk and pipelines.
