Scope

This part of SN/T 3702 specifies the sampling plan, sampling method and sampling quantity for the packaging, quantity (weight), appearance quality and intrinsic quality of imported and exported textile fabrics. This section applies to sampling inspection for quality conformity evaluation of imported and exported textile fabrics. It is a procedural document that inspection and quarantine agencies should follow when conducting sampling of imported and exported textile fabrics. It can also be used as a guiding document for quality control by import and export textile production and operating enterprises.
