Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of nitrogen content in urea and ammonium sulfate using a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This standard is applicable to the determination of nitrogen content in urea and ammonium sulfate. The measurement range (mass fraction) is shown in Table 1.
