Analysis of the core content of the standard

Key Technical Points

Special attention should be paid to the preparation of formazine standard solution:
  1. Use 0.1μm filter membrane to filter secondary water
  2. Hydrazine sulfate and hexamethylenetetramine solution need to react at 25℃±3℃ for 24 hours
  3. The turbidity of the standard stock solution is 400NTU, and the validity period is 4 weeks

Key Operation Steps

The actual test case shows:
  • Sparkling wine needs to be ultrasonically degassed for 10 minutes
  • The sample needs to be kept at a constant temperature of 20℃±5℃ for 30 minutes
  • The measuring cell needs to be rinsed with the test solution 3 times
