Standard Overview and Technical Background

SN/T 4776-2017 specifies the

Sample pretreatment

The sample needs to be equilibrated at (23±2)℃ and (50±5)%RH for 72 hours. A thermal desorption tube is used to collect the released gas. The recommended sampling flow rate is 100-200mL/min.

Analytical Conditions Example

  • GC-FID: DB-5 column (60m×0.25mm×0.25μm), temperature program 30℃ (2min)→60℃ (10℃/min)→200℃ (10min)
  • GC-MS: ion source temperature 250℃, scan range 25-350m/z
