Introduction
Standard Background and Technological Evolution
As a supporting specification for GB/T 1992, this standard systematically reconstructs the container inspection process in combination with the technological development of closed inspection equipment. Compared with the old standards such as SN/T 1235-2015, it adds modern technical elements such as intelligent detection and risk classification.
Core technical requirements
| Item | Class A equipment | Class B equipment | Test basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Working temperature | ≤500℃ | ≤300℃ | Appendix A/B.3.2 |
| Test duration | 3 cycles (normal) | 5 cycles (normal) | 4.2.1.1.7 |
| Material requirements | PVC 42 density board | Composite panels | Appendix A.1.4 |
Key operating procedures
Standardized operation examples
According to the requirements of Clause 4.2.1.1 of Enclosed inspection equipment, typical inspections should include:
1. Pre-inspection stage: Verify container number and inspection parameters (Appendix A.2.1)
2. Sealing test: Maintain pressure not less than 3.3MPa (Table 2 Item 3)
3. Data analysis: Compare pollutants according to SN/T 1286 standard
Implementation suggestions
- Dual-mode detection capability should be given priority in equipment selection (Clause 5.4)
- Establish a regular calibration system based on SN/T 1124 (Clause 5.5)
- Operators need to complete no less than 40 hours of special training (Clause 6.2)
Technical highlights
This standard innovatively introduces a dynamic pressure compensation mechanism (4.2.1.1.6). Through the intelligent adjustment system of the closed test equipment, the detection error caused by temperature change can be automatically corrected, and the accuracy can be improved by 32% (Appendix B.3.3 verification data).
