Primer design: Fox-specific primer pair (5'-CCC TAT ATC GGA ACC GAT C-3'/5'-GAA CTG AAA GGA GAA GTA AAA C-3') was used, and the amplified fragment length was 97bp to ensure the detection efficiency in the degraded DNA of processed food.
Quality control requirements: Negative control (no fox DNA), positive control (known concentration of fox DNA) and blank control must be set, and CT value ≤35 is judged as a valid result.
