Introduction

Technical background and evolution of the standard

As an industry standard for entry-exit inspection and quarantine, this standard fills the technical gap in the quantitative detection of dynamic pressure during the launch of fireworks shells. Compared with the traditional visual method, the application of the sensor method improves the measurement accuracy by 300%, and the data sampling frequency reaches 100kHz or more.

Analysis of key technical parameters

Emission pressure measurement

The peak value of the pressure curve is recorded by piezoelectric sensor, and the maximum value is obtained after 5 repeated tests. Typical launch pressure range of fireworks: 2-15MPa.

Emission impulse calculation

Use the integral formula I=πD²/4×∫P(t)dt, where the measurement accuracy of the tube diameter D must reach 0.1mm. The measured data of a 75mm fireworks shell shows: the rising edge time is 8-12ms, and the falling edge time is 15-20ms.


Key points for safe implementation

  • Must be equipped with a remote detonator (control distance ≥120m)
  • The sample storage volume does not exceed the load limit of the protective facilities
  • The total resistance of the electric ignition head must be ≤3Ω

Standard application recommendations

Note when implementing: ①Preferably use sensors with M20×1.5 threaded interface ②Set the sampling time to ≥5s ③Terminate the test when the bullet diameter deviation exceeds ±4mm. The laboratory needs to establish a regular calibration system for pressure sensors, and it is recommended to use a piston pressure gauge for calibration after every 50 tests.
