This standard responds to the requirements of the customs agency reform in 2018, integrates the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of Imported and Exported Fruits" of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the experience of 35 bilateral protocols, and has major technical breakthroughs:
