Introduction
Analysis of the core framework of the standard
| Technical elements | Special requirements for meat products | Differences from other categories |
|---|---|---|
| Traceability identification | Must include animal individual number and slaughter batch number | Aquatic products need to be marked with the fishing area code |
| Temperature control and positioning | Full cold chain temperature recording + GPS trajectory | Wine needs to increase light intensity monitoring |
| Information granularity | Disease prevention and control records are accurate to the individual | Nuts only need batch-level records |
Key technical implementation points
1. Traceability code generation specification
GS1-128 barcode or QR code should be used, including: product type code (03) + country code + registered enterprise number + production date + unique serial number. The case shows that in the Brazilian beef import case, the time required for traceability code analysis was shortened from 4 hours to 15 minutes.
2. Positioning technology deployment
The Australian mutton transportation case shows that: two temperature and humidity recorders + door opening and closing sensors are deployed in each container, and the accuracy rate of abnormal event alarm reaches 99.2%. It is recommended that refrigerated trucks be equipped with Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning terminals, with a sampling frequency of no less than 10 minutes/time.
Full-chain information management
| Links | Key fields | Verification mechanism |
|---|---|---|
| Feeding and slaughtering | Veterinary drug usage records, quarantine certificate number | Official veterinary electronic signature |
| Processing and packaging | Cold storage number, packaging material batch number | Temperature fluctuation threshold alarm |
| Cross-border transportation | Ocean bill of lading number, container disinfection record | Geofence verification |
Compliance implementation suggestions
- System connection requirements: The traceability platform needs to compare the three documents (customs declaration, quarantine certificate, and traceability code) with the China International Trade Single Window
- Exception handling process: When the temperature record is >-18℃ for 2 hours, the product isolation procedure should be automatically triggered
- Consumer query: It is recommended to print the bilingual query portal (WeChat/official website) in a prominent position on the packaging
Technology evolution analysis
Compared with the 2018 version of the aquatic product traceability standard, this version adds: Blockchain evidence storage requirements (Appendix B), African swine fever special detection fields, and cross-border e-commerce sales data connection specifications. It is expected that UHF RFID batch reading technology will be introduced in 2025.
