本规范适用于油田集输管道工程的施工及验收，其适用范围规定如下:1、介质压力不大于32MP；2、介质温度为一20～350度。
本规范不适用于工作压力大于1.6MPa的天然气管道工程施工及验收。

Scope

This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline projects. Its scope of application is as follows: 1. The medium pressure is not greater than 32MPa; 2. The medium temperature is -20~350℃; This specification does not apply to natural gas pipelines with a working pressure greater than 1.6MPa.
