本标准规定了输油输气管道线路工程检验批、分项工程验收的质量标准、内容、程序及施工现场质量管理和质量控制规定。
本标准适用于新建或改、扩建的陆地长距离输送石油、天然气管道、煤气管道、成品油管道线路工程施工质量的验收。
本标准不适用于输油、输气场站内的工艺管道、油气田集输管道、城市燃气输配管网、工业企业内部油气管道施工质量的验收。
投入运行的油气管道改造、大修工程施工质量的验收可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the quality standards, contents, procedures and construction site quality management and quality control regulations for the inspection batches and sub-projects of oil and gas pipeline line projects. This standard applies to the acceptance of the construction quality of new, modified or expanded long-distance land oil and natural gas pipelines, gas pipelines, and finished oil pipelines. This standard does not apply to the acceptance of the construction quality of process pipelines in oil and gas transmission stations, oil and gas field gathering pipelines, urban gas transmission and distribution pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines within industrial enterprises. The acceptance of the construction quality of oil and gas pipeline reconstruction and overhaul projects put into operation can refer to this standard.
