Scope

This standard specifies the safety training requirements for offshore oil operators engaged in oil (including natural gas) extraction activities in the internal waters, territorial waters, contiguous zones, exclusive economic zones, continental shelves and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. This standard applies to offshore oil production and operation units and safety training institutions.
