Scope

This standard specifies an accelerated test method for determining the high-temperature cathodic stripping performance of pipeline anti-corrosion coatings. This standard is applicable to the determination of the comparative performance of high-temperature cathodic stripping of the insulation outer anti-corrosion layer of buried pipelines with cathodic protection and high operating temperature. This standard gives methods for testing the performance of anti-corrosion coatings immersed or completely immersed in high-temperature solutions. If this cannot be done by immersion or immersion, SY/T 0094 can be used.
