1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to make the building of saline soil region achieve advanced technology, economy and rationality as well as safety and reliability.
1.0.2 The building of saline soil region must persist in the policy of adjusting measures to local conditions, taking prevention as the priority, combining prevention and control and comprehensive treatment. According to the characteristic of local salty soil, comprehensively consider the factors such as topography, landform, climatic environment and moisture change in soil, design and construct with meticulous care.
1.0.3 This code is applicable to the investigation, design, construction and maintenance management of the industrial and civil building in the region with easy resolving salt content 0.3%~20% (not limited to rubble soil). The salty soil mainly containing medium resolving salt may refer to this code.
1.0.4 The building of saline soil region shall not only comply with this code, but also shall comply with those specified in the national current relevant compulsory standards.
