本标准适用于储存介质温度不高于100℃的钢制储罐氯磺化聚乙烯外防腐层的设计、施工及验收。其他钢结构或水泥构筑物采用氯磺化聚乙烯涂料作外防腐层时，也可参照使用。

Scope

This standard applies to the design, construction and acceptance of the chlorosulfonated polyethylene outer anti-corrosion layer of steel storage tanks with a storage medium temperature not exceeding 100°C. When other steel structures or cement structures use chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating as the external anti-corrosion layer, you can also refer to it.
