本标准规定了大型油罐基础检测的一般规定、现场检测方法及资料处理、成果报告的编制等要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the general provisions for basic inspection of large oil tanks, on-site inspection methods and data processing, and the preparation of results reports. This standard is applicable to the foundation inspection of vertical cylindrical steel welded storage tanks (hereinafter referred to as "tank foundation") with a volume of 10000m to 100000m for storing crude oil, refined products and semi-finished oil. It is also applicable to the foundation inspection of tanks with a volume less than 10000m or greater than 100000m. This standard can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard cannot include all kinds of testing methods. If testing methods other than this standard are specified in the tank basic design document, the testing methods can be implemented with reference to other standards. The inspection of pile foundations should comply with the requirements of JGJ94 "Technical Specifications for Construction Pile Foundations", and the inspection of concrete structures in tank foundations should comply with the provisions of GB50204 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering". When the design document has indicated the requirements for testing indicators, the testing indicators should meet the requirements of the design document, otherwise it should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this standard. In addition to implementing this standard, it should also comply with the requirements of current relevant standards and specifications.
