Scope
This standard specifies the model representation method, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of internal and external cutting knives. This standard applies to the selection, manufacture and inspection of hydraulic and mechanical internal and external cutters used for cutting thin-walled pipes such as tubing, casing and drill pipe bodies (excluding weighted drill pipes) during oil drilling and workover operations.
