Scope

This standard specifies the model, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, storage, packaging, transportation, installation, maintenance and safety inspection requirements of drilling fluid circulation manifolds (hereinafter referred to as manifolds). This standard applies to the manifold system of land drilling rigs and offshore drilling platforms for oil and gas drilling operations. Cementing manifolds shall be implemented as a reference. The manifolds referred to in this standard include the following main components:
　——Rigid pipelines;
　——Mud valves, ground valve groups, drilling platform valve groups;
　——Filters, elbows, tees, crosses and other pipe fittings;
　——Flexible pipelines;
　——Unions, weld neck flanges, clamp connectors, sealing gaskets, bolts, nuts;
　——Safety chains.
