本标准规定了陆地钻机自升式井架起放作业的检查、准备、起升、下放技术要求及特殊规定。本标准适用于ZJ15，ZJ20．ZJ32、ZJ45、ZJ60钻机级别自升式井架的起放作业。本标准不适用于各类液压、电动钻机井架的起放。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements and special provisions for inspection, lifting and lowering of jack-up derricks for land drilling rigs. This standard is applicable to the lifting and lowering operations of ZJ10, ZJ20, ZJ30, ZJ40, ZJ50 and ZJ70 drilling rig-level jack-up derricks using the herringbone lifting and lowering type; this standard is not applicable to the lifting and lowering operations of various types of hydraulic lifting drilling rigs.
