Equipment Usage Specifications

The maximum hook load continuous working time during derrick operation shall not exceed 30 seconds, and the response time of the overhead crane anti-collision device shall be ≤1.5 seconds. The working pressure of the hydraulic system shall be maintained within the range of 0.6-1.0MPa.

Maintenance cycle system

  • Shift maintenance: Daily lubrication point inspection (including winch brake system)
  • Monthly maintenance: Non-destructive testing of key load-bearing parts (derrick welds, traveling block hook, etc.)
  • Annual maintenance: Third-party testing and issuance of SY/T 6326 compliance report
