本标准规定了在役含腐蚀损伤管道的评价方法。本标准适用于钝性的、低应力集中的腐蚀损伤的碳钢和低合金钢管道的评价。管道钝性机械损伤的评价可参照本标准执行。本标准不适用于安装之前或安装过程中钢管的腐蚀评价,或焊缝及热影响区存在较严重缺陷钢管的评价。本标准只适用于管道承受内压的情况,当管道存在较大附加应力时,则应另行考虑。


Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation method for pipelines containing corrosion damage in service. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of carbon steel and low alloy steel pipelines suffering from blunt, low stress concentration corrosion damage. The evaluation of blunt mechanical damage to pipelines can be performed with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to the corrosion evaluation of steel pipes before or during installation, or the evaluation of steel pipes with serious defects in welding and heat-affected zones. This standard only applies to situations where the pipeline is subject to internal pressure; when the pipeline has large additional stress, additional considerations should be made.
