Scope

This standard specifies the principles, levels, steps, indicators and calculation methods for the economic benefit evaluation methods of three types of energy-saving technical measure projects: income-increasing, cost-saving and one-time technical measures. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of economic benefits of energy-saving technical measures projects in petroleum enterprises. Energy-saving technical measures projects for refining and chemical related enterprises can also be implemented as a reference.
