目前,在提高石油采收率作业中作为流度控制剂使用的可以批量供应的水溶性聚合物主要有两大类:水解聚丙烯酞胺和多糖。聚丙烯酞胺是合成的高分子量共聚物,其产品形式有:干粉、液体乳状液或分散体系、浓缩溶液和胶状体。在发酵过程中生成的多糖(如黄抱胶和硬葡聚糖生物聚合物)可以以干粉和有效聚合物含量达15%的液体发醉液形式获得。
为了提供可在规定条件下评价和比较聚合物性能的工业标准方法和试验条件而制定了本标准。本标准主要是为了在标准所述条件下定性地比较水溶性聚合物的性能和进行一般性的筛选。本标准并未提出代表井下环境的可用做确定聚合物性能绝对性试验的推荐意见。在选择和采用提高石油采收率用的聚合物产品时,本标准无意排除应用合理的工程判断的必要性。
在本标准中,规定使用标准盐水溶液是为了使用户能够在控制的实验室条件下评价聚合物的性能。也可以设计应用矿场盐水溶液的类似试验,但这些试验结果不宜与用标准盐水溶液进行试验的结果进行比较。本标准无意限制用户根据自己的需要采用其他的试验步骤或方法。
Scope
In this standard, the use of standard saline solutions is specified to enable the user to evaluate polymer properties under controlled laboratory conditions. Similar tests using mine brine solutions can also be designed, but the results of these tests should not be compared with those using standard brine solutions. This standard is not intended to restrict users from using other test steps or methods according to their own needs.
