Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for geometric deformation detection, metal loss detection, crack detection and centerline mapping of oil and gas pipelines. This standard applies to onshore steel oil and gas pipeline in-site inspection. Inspection of subsea steel oil and gas pipelines can be implemented as a reference.
