Scope

This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for natural gas production and gathering pipelines in high hydrogen sulfide gas fields in terms of design, construction, commissioning and trial operation, production operation and regular testing. This standard applies to gas production and gas gathering pipelines of natural gas with a high hydrogen sulfide content of greater than or equal to 5% (volume fraction).
