Scope

This standard specifies the process of planning, organization, implementation and other related activities of pipeline in-line inspection projects, as well as methods and requirements related to in-line inspection data management and data analysis. This standard applies to steel pipeline systems transporting natural gas, hazardous liquids (including liquids containing anhydrous ammonia), carbon dioxide, water (including brine), liquefied petroleum gas, and other systems that are not harmful to the function and stability of the internal detector. . This standard applies to media-driven internal detectors and does not apply to cabled or remote-controlled detection devices.
