Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method of the total quota working hours in natural gas purification projects and the labor quotas of each production unit of raw gas pretreatment, desulfurization and decarbonization, dehydration, dehydrocarbonization, sulfur recovery, tail gas treatment, acid water stripping, condensate stabilization, sulfur forming, sewage treatment, flare and venting system, circulating water treatment system, steam and condensate system, heat medium unit, air nitrogen system, fuel gas system, raw water treatment system, and the labor quotas of system parameter monitoring in the central control room. This standard applies to daily routine work, single operation on site, central control room operation, start-up operation, shutdown operation and purification production operations involved in natural gas development in natural gas purification projects, but does not apply to the labor quotas of equipment inspection and maintenance, laboratory analysis, electrical and instrument operation.
