Key Technical Requirements

Grouting Process Control

Chapter 5 of the standard stipulates that the grouting pressure needs to be dynamically managed, pre-grouting should be implemented before excavation, backfill grouting should be carried out after the concrete strength reaches 70% of the design value, and the contact grouting interval is ≥14 days.

Water Curtain System Verification

Chapter 6 requires that the water curtain holes must undergo single hole tests, effectiveness tests and comprehensive hydraulic tests, and the boreholes that invade the buffer zone 10m range must be blocked, and the water injection pressure data must be recorded daily.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Establish a 3D geological model to guide the dynamic adjustment of grouting parameters
  2. Use laser scanning technology to measure reservoir capacity, with section spacing ≤2m
  3. Acoustic wave detection of rock mass must be completed before construction of sealing plug

Standard evolution analysis

Compared with GB 50996-2014, this specification adds:

  • Acceptance clause for elevation of pump pit retaining wall
  • Explicit provisions prohibiting shotcrete spraying after keyway excavation
  • Requirement that the error between two data of reservoir capacity measurement be ≤0.5%
