Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Technical links Key control points Indicator requirements
Pre-drilling engineering Grading management of anti-seepage Permeability coefficient of key areas ≤10-7cm/s
Fracturing operation Flowback fluid treatment Priority reuse, reuse rate ≥85%
Gathering and transportation system VOCs control Comply with GB 37822 Unorganized emission limit

Special technical requirements

Shale gas extraction case

The Fuling shale gas field adopts centralized processing of oil-based cuttings technology, and achieves a waste oil recovery rate of >95% through thermal desorption process. The treated cuttings meet the SY/T 7301 building materials utilization standard.

Key points for implementation

  • Impermeability engineering: 2mm HDPE membrane + concrete composite anti-seepage must be used in key areas
  • Monitoring frequency: Groundwater quality is monitored once a quarter, and soil is monitored once a year
  • Well closure requirements: Casing cement returns to the ground, and the technical casing depth is lower than the lowest freshwater layer

Technology evolution analysis

Compared with the 2015 version, this standard adds: ① Special requirements for tight oil exploitation ② VOCs unorganized emission control ③ Rock cuttings resource utilization indicators. It reflects the transformation from end-of-pipe treatment to full-process control.
